North Norfolk Railway 2011 Photographs
Easter 2011

Something of a miscellany of pictures, taken from three seperate visits to the North Norfolk Railway. The first set were taken on the second day of the vintage transport weekend, which saw the re-entry into traffic of Class 47 47 367. Running alongside it was Lev1 and the Railbus. They were joined by Pannier tank L99 which was doing its best to keep the local fire brigade in business, which on Easter Saturday worked a 'red' timetable alongside Ring Haw. In between these two dates Ring Haw is seen on the 19th April.

Two days worth of gala action from a good event in mixed conditions. First visits to the line for 47406 and L99, with returns from 'City of Truro' and 'Joem' These were supported by Resident J15 65462, 56xx 5619 and Ring Haw acting as the 'thunderbird,' called into action to replace L99 on saturday afternoon. With thanks as ever to all who made it happen - roll on September!
